Help dating Richey Scottish Pix
 

We are trying to date two often 'borrowed' Manic Street Preachers pix by Phil Rose from the REPEAT scrapbook. One has Richey in sailor suit and one in his Fairy T shirt. Both were from Scotland, probably Glasgow 94; I guess sailor suit is Feb and Fairy one is October, unless anyone knows better.
Looks like I can't post pix here but the shots in question are on our FB and Twitter.
