Liverpool Revisited - out 6th April
Or whatever version of 'out' counts these days. Promo, maybe a video, you know the sort of thing.
https://www.facebook.com/manicstreet...5563922396089/ The catchiest song outside of the first 3. |
Love this!
Shame it’s only two minutes long :( |
Liverpool are beating Manchester City 3-0 after half an hour. Liverpool fans in raptures.
The Wire knows his marketing. |
Obviously they want the 'woahs' over the guitar solo to get some exposure, perfect for sound tracking triumph over adversity ;)
|
Subject matter isn't funny but the world building is!
|
Guess it'll be another promo video for the song. I've not heard it so something to look forward to, although surprised by how long the track is as someone said two minutes!?!?

Love the way the cover looks like a bad action movie.

Why the autumnal colours? Looks weird. Why not red?
|
Because their terrible fury will rain down upon the guilty like falling autumn leaves.

Shame none of the singles have had limited vinyl releases... well, there's this super rare one of International Blue that hasn't even been mentioned anywhere except when some fans found it, so doubt that'll sell more than like ten copies! I really thought the Manics would still release singles on vinyl as nearly all other bands still do. The Charlatans released four off their latest album last year, all in different colours too, which would have been cool for these releases. Oh well.

Turns out today’s headlines have been more about Liverpool fans being charged with hooliganism.

I like these covers. Shame there's no physical releases
