I've found the previous demo discs quite interesting in that regard: you had the occasional totally complete song with slightly rougher production, but otherwise they've been a good mix of intimate skeletons, suitably alternative versions (the JFPL bonus disc was really fascinating in that regard), Nicky's solo takes on his own songs, etc. This time it just sounds like a slightly rougher version of the finished album with a couple of exceptions (which still sound so polished they could just be alternate recordings).
