Oof! Again again trigger and from listening again, that's no trumpet? It's some synth? Guitar synth? There must be that technology to make your guitar sound like anything. Might be obvious it isn't a real trumpet, but it doesn't matter as much as it adds to the piece.
I thought the first track I heard was stuck in head, but this is really stuck internally.
