Observation from the other side of the planet, the bottom photo of the crowd doesn't look as hands-in-the-air fun as other gig photos I've seen.
Does this mean the James "Play guitar and sing then let the audience sing" trick fell on deaf ears?
I imagine it was a terrific gig but Nicky in that pics looks like he's thinking "This gig is going terrible! People don't know how to react?"
But in classic FD fashion this is only from those two pictures. If we get some more details over the next day etc...
It's either Jet Lag or the audience are "Rabbits in the headlights" towards the band. We've been up close to them ourselves! It can happen...
