For anyone who is has been sadly disappointed by the pathetic responses from MyPlayDirect to problems with their GT orders, I managed to contact their customer services manager, a chap called Steffen who can be reached at
steffen@rgnrtr.com. I've had my cash refunded plus a 12 month discount at the Manics shop in compensation. I'm just hoping they release something that I can purchase!!
