For me, the TBTGOG material, Door To The River and 4 Ever Delayed have always belonged to the same (transitional) era.

The problem is Judge Yrself (which is really from THB era, although since we had already concluded our THB survivor it might as well be included here) and the God Save The Manics stuff, since the Japanese release of Lipstick Traces included all the God Save The Manics material.

My understanding of the God Save The Manics material, however, is that it is merely the scheduled b-sides for the third (cancelled) single from Lifeblood, so that's where I place them. (Alongside Antarctic and The Soulmates, which were on the Japanese release of Lifeblood.)

You'll have a similar problem with Midnight Sun, too, as that was originally an unused KYE era track as far as I can recall.

Also, on the KYE b-sides, don't forget Close My Eyes and Roll Music (from Masses). Or, for that matter, We Are All Bourgeois Now as a separate KYE album track.
