Thanks for the heads up on this ForeverDelayed.com…

I see disappointed Ethel Cain fans on twiXter are getting that ‘2021 Steps Fans’-kinda feeling due to overly-optimistic emojii interpretation yesterday… commiserations to them.

Why do bands release so many different vinyls at such a silly price? It's mad nowadays. Oh yeah, for sales. I've asked my parents to buy me the vinyl as a belated Christmas present, so they have one sale

Because fan's are gullible walking wallets to the record companies and management (and maybe the bands). Got given out to for complaining about it before but haven't bought a single or multiple versions of an album (and don't intend to) since Nicky told me -so what, just buy the other one- when I asked why 'Bag Lady' was left off the deluxe edition of JFPL.

Sales and chart position, which is why on TUVL you got things like "buy the album and get a free polaroid" and stuff like that.

Expecting there to be an offer of Critical Thinking including a free Parker pen (just for enquiring!) soon

Always worth pre-ordering incase they decide to throw in random tat to entice you in the week of release when there's a possibility of a number one album.

Am I dreaming that there was at one point free Manic Millennium posters thrown in with orders of the Ultra Vivid Lament?

I was surprised at the uptake , seems 2k sold in 24 hours . On top of what has already been sold via their website and other unique pressings they must have made a strong start to sales.

About 145 copies left as of now.
This sold pretty well as there’s another five vinyl variants to choose from.

I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by the Manic's appeal at this point in their career. By all accounts decent pre-sales and the tour is pretty much sold out.
