Oxfam have put up two guitars and an amp up on eBay, used and signed by the Manics:

All proceeds goes to the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.

Yeah, saw this not long ago and posted about it in the random manics mention thread. Was wondering how long it would take for someone to make a topic.

Very cool.

Have had a couple of bids on the amp and the tornado. Got almost instantly outbid on the amp the first time! So, these could raise a nice amount I reckon.

I've had a quick look at all the items that Oxfam have in that charity auction at the moment, and it's totalling about £75,000

If I had any interest at all in amps and guitars, I'd certainly be putting a bid in.

I really want that red Fender Tornado. Just looked on wiki and they stopped making them in 2007 so should draw bids from non-Manics fans. I can't even afford a sandwich from the Co-op at the moment but I nearly bid on it and started asking people for loans. I reckon it'll get to a couple of grand by the time it ends.
