The Masses Against The Classes wasn't a TIMTTMY b-side.

Incidentally, I consider Masses to belong to the KYE era.

Eh, can see why it'd be included with either seeing as it was released bang in the middle of both albums and wouldn't particularly fit on either.

I see your point, but it fits very clearly thematically, musically and aesthetically into the KYE era. Masses was also included on the Japanese and Australian editions of KYE.

It even had a stylised Cuban flag as the single cover.

I think TIMTTMY's singles were by far the strongest tracks, which I don't think has necessarily been true for their other albums.

I agree with SYMM - should have been a b-side - but don't understand the antipathy toward Buildings For Dead People. Great guitar and drums on BFDP, and some striking lyrics ('queue for bread is entertainment / when they're trying to blow your head off') ('from the womb into the tomb') ('buildings for dead people / paintings for the blind / incapable of giving life / or taking out your eyes').
