An FD baby shower for James and Mylene - including a way to donate to a good cause.

The news that James and Mylene are having a baby seems to be out well and proper! Hurrah!

As I'm not too bad at knitting and crochet and was thinking about doing some booties/hats etc.

If anyone else is interested, please add your name to the thread. If you just want to send your best wishes, I'll do a card, so feel free add messages too.

Perhaps if we didn't discuss this in the masturbatory forum it would get more response?

This is where birthday cards tend to get made. I'll put a link for peeps in the JDB solo thread.

I was thinking...you know what the problem is? That we don't know the name. Without the name, I can't calculate how much space I do need.
If we want to have his/her name on *whatever we want to create*...

We could wait for the baby to be born, this doesn't have to be done before the sprog is sprogulated. We've plenty of time, don't worry.

I'm not going either, but I'm likely to go to the Nicky event. I know it's not the same thing, but...

Or a mix of Welsh and French. Or maybe James will take his dads example and call the baby Paul Newman Bradfield. If it's a boy of course!

She has told off a fan who said her name with the English and not French pronounciation! It's pronounced Millen rather than Myleen as we say. Or as Boycee says on Only Fools And Horses.

I've said it elsewhere, but big congratulations to Mr and Mrs Bradfield I can imagine James being a great dad.
