Rather than a mention in the Radio and TV thread. How great is the Manics 6 Music Artist In Residence (17 days left to listen!).
I loved the instrumentals, favourite musicians (aww! Sean never got his own episode) of James and Nicky and their Glastonbury choices.
They might have been played on the station, but I definitely remember at the time a huge 6 Music void amongst their promotion for TUVL.
So a thread to say we enjoyed listening.
Which I am. And Nicky's new album. Also is anyone planning a Lipstick Traces anniversary thread? (14th July 2003?)
But we've just had their residency finish. I enjoyed every minute. Next thing for them will be hosting live phone ins on the radio.
