It's by far their worst pilot single. An awful song and bad choice for both single and 1st track on album. It's still better than half of Postcards songs which is shame. Anti-highlight = Nicky's line.

Wow, I haven't heard Postcards for around 1,5 years now, I'm looking forward to 10 years anniversary, that will be great )))))

I'm not sold on all of the last singles, but this one has more than "Best of a bad bunch". I still like this one. Just this single though. It should have been Golden Platitudes. Oh well, (It's Not War) Just The End Of Love it is!
It sounds even better given a greatest hits condensed sound.
