I know that feeling, Liam amuses me endlessly. He really should write an autobiography (*with help from Gem or Andy obviously...). Imagine more quotes like these:

"I was walking along and this chair came flying past me, and another, and another, and I thought, man, is this gonna be a good night."

"Americans want grungy people, stabbing themselves in the head on stage. They get a bright bunch like us, with deodorant on, they don't get it."

Just wanted to post this link:

http://news.qthemusic.com/2010/07/ch...st_albums.html

The one in the original post doesn't work any more (or it didn't work for me anyway) :/

Now to nominate MSP albums until my fingers bleed...

I've sent my votes:

1. Manic Street Preachers - The Holy Bible (1994)
2. Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness (1995)
3. Nirvana - In Utero (1993)
4. Elliott Smith - Figure 8 (2000)
5. Arcade Fire - Funeral (2004)

And feel free to question any of these choices. Except number 2. That's my favourite album of all time. So if you question that I'm likely to eat you.

^Ah Mellon Collie is a grand record, though I usually prefer Siamese Dream over it because while its great that its such an expansive album that also seems to be its undoing at times for me as well since I usually don't have the luxury of sitting down to listen to all of it. Still it has many great songs on it.

All fine records, no need to question these - In Uter was in my top 5 too, way better than Nevermind.
