Anyone know where this is from? Saw it on Manics twitter.

A google search led here also....is it by any chance a reference to glastonburys gone past? "Bypass" being a reference to his infamous quote in 1994, and "class war in toilet" a reference to crappergate with Billy Bragg in 1999?
