One of my colleagues has started mentioning the Manics alot to me of late. I was trying to explain about the O2 gig and the two years off. He thought I meant it was two years until the gig! He asked about why they were taking time off and I explained about the baby etc etc. He didn't enquire about which Manic was due to be a father though!

But as Matthew said he's had grey hairs at the side of his head hair for a while now. (Don't know all the correct terms, not being a hairdresser! )

The first thing my workmate said to me when I came in on Tuesday morning (I was off on Monday for the Manics signing) was had I enjoyed the Manics marathon over the weekend. They really were everywhere.

Lots of men have different facial hair colouring to the hair on their head though; it doesn't necessarily mean they dye their hair. I'm sure my brother has grown ginger-ish facial hair in the past, despite the hair on his head being very, very dark brown.

When I grow a beard, there's bits of ginger and grey in there and my hair is very dark brown, sort of like classic James.

Also, I'm 20. Yes, with grey bits in my beard. 20!
