Are Gigsandtours.com a trusted ticket site?
Hi guys
My g/friend just bought us 2 tickets for Leeds on the 29th from aforementioned website, so just wondering if it's a reputable site as she's read some bad comments and we're worried about the tickets arriving on time. The site was linked directly from the Manics official site tour page, and we're travelling over from dublin so dont want to be let down Cheers |

Reputable and official yes. They might be a bit crap but to be honest they all are.

So you think we should get the tickets before the 28th?

I think they're part of the same group that runs Seetickets.com right?
They're reliable and I've never had a problem with them in terms of receiving tickets on time or getting replacement tickets for lost tickets, but their booking/transaction fees are often extortionate. |

I've never had any problems with them over the years and have always received tickets in time. It can depend on the event/venue/promoters when they dispatch tickets; I'm still waiting for Leeds and Manchester for the Manics tour, but have already received Wolves and others on here have been receiving theirs for other gigs. You can now check your order status on their website too; last time I looked for Leeds/Manchester, it said 0% had been delivered for those events, but I wouldn't worry as there are still a few weeks to go yet. |

I've never had any problems with them. If I miss the DX Service, it's easy to re-arrange a redelivery. Fingers crossed you get the same service

DX have been hand delivering mine thru the letterbox so you shouldn't have to worry about missing deliveries. They seem to be sending the tickets backwards.. I've got london and wolves ..still waiting on manchester and cardiff. And brighton. Keep forgetting i'm going to brighton!

They've delivered my London ticket safely, if that's any help.
Still waiting on Brighton.
