Sometimes my iPod turns on by itself and blasts a random song. I eventually changed my settings so it doesn't do it, but occasionally it still does.

You do get panpipe/flute/ghostly wooooooo sounds coming from the bridge structures when the wind whistles through them. Never heard it at the carpark but sound can travel a long way. Even closer than the wind orchestra of the bridge are cars pulling up at the tolls winding the window down to pay, or at the pertrol station, and giving everyone a blast of the old panpipes maybe
