they swapped songs over for the three roundhouse dates so will probably do the same again. It was only 2-4 songs tho..not a massive setlist re-jig

To be honest i'd expect them to play very similar if not identical sets.

Well said; I agree totally.

No, I just have a weird memory for stuff like that so I thought I'd mention it. . I guess if you've only been following tours since the 2007 winter one, then I guess it would seem they always start in Scotland.

Exactly. I don't really care what I hear as long as it's something different. Sometimes stuff that I don't like on record comes across really well live.

Yes. I really wouldn't get your hopes up for drastically different sets on those two nights. It would be nice if it happened, but I doubt it will. The last time they did back-to-back nights in Brixton the shows were near enough identical apart from the acoustc set.

the 10th time ive seen the manics and this was a good showing.

Lots of drunks but thought the crowd was excellent overall espcially for YSTSFMH acoustic part. Tolerate sounded more rockier than ive ever heard and was shocked that a load of pissed up lads were signing along to Autumn song.

My wife loved nickys shinny pants

Good setlist just found it really strange that ocean spray was played before the grand finale that is design for life.

So on the money with this comment.

I find that really strange too. Last few of the set are the gems that get people going mental, surely? It's like they want to wind the crowd down before Design. Like some other astute soul said, 'No one wakes up in the morning and thinks 'God, I hope they play Ocean Spray!''

My decent camera broke, and my subsequent replacement can't take photos that good either. Should stop wasting money and buy a good one I guess.

Maybe they should let one of us choose a setlist.

Your comments about the upcoming London gigs are rather depressing
Of course I don't expect massive changes, but like 4 different songs -among the ones they've played during the tour, not even 'surprises'- would be nice...
Why on earth are they nervous about those dates? I would think they're well used to it by now?!

We talked about this the other day and it really made me smile. Now I'm in my late 20s for number of gigs and you're in your late 40s (???). How times move on...

You are definitely the only person glad they've dropped Sleepflower. I wouldn't mind if they replaced Empty Souls with 1985 or something.
