"I'm no longer preaching to the converted that congregation long ago deserted"

Not loving these new lyrics so far it just seems another bloody album about "being Nicky Wire". I much prefer it when he's writing about something else, he needs to get out more methinks. A nice Coach trip to the beach at least.

That's my favourite of the lyrics tweeted.

I'm really hoping these random quotes/passages are not actually lyrics. They're really not very good. Maybe context is everything so perhaps in a broader sense they might be wonderful...I certainly hope that's the case.

agreed, especially since most nicky lyrics don't really stand up well on their own....better in the context of the music and the song.

Yeah, that's a good point. Hopefully as a whole, including the music, everything gels.

He's absolutely right! It's a great doc - a must for all music fans even those who could take or leave Rush. The part about the story behind the creation of 2112 is particularly inspiring. Do check it out if you can.

A gold bar is about 30 pounds according to a bit of Googling around! http://www.elmhurst.edu/~chm/vchembo...nsitygold.html
