A bit of Ruins of Spring appeared in an early work in progress cut of No Manifesto that showed at Sheffield Doc Fest years ago. I really hope it re appears at some point.

I was going to put this in the Manics newspaper and magazine thread, but it's only a little mention. Basically, ROGER WATERS KNOWS THE MANIC STREET PREACHERS EXIST!!
Oh yeah, and also free Palestine. Quote:

Breaking news from AP... "HAVANA (AP) — Rolling Stones: will play March 25 show in Havana, becoming biggest band in Cuba in half-century." - The Rolling Who? And I thought the Manic Street Preachers were the biggest band in Cuba in the last 50 years...

I saw a news item saying the Stones were the *only* UK rock band to play Cuba 😒 It must be almost exactly 15 years since the Manics played.

As a Manics fan and a journalist... that has enraged me. Haha.

Random one - does James mispronounce "Belfast" in Democracy Coma?
Sounds like "Bel-flast"... And that's the end.

Just noticed how high I had to set the volume on my system to make TIMTTMY get into it, compared to RTF.
Definitely in need of remastering the most! |

Just watching Bizarre Festival 2001. James does the Summer Wind thing during A Design For Life, when did that actually start? Thought it was more recent than that but no...
Hah the bit between Everlasting and Motown Junk is great.
