I noticed that, I think they've always avoided it and heard that Rachel Edwards was angry at one of the book writers who went too far into it. He said though something like 'it was reported on as a suicide attempt', which suggests he still doubts that is the case.

Protest concerts don't really affect anything. Bands get paid thousands of money to 'protest' but what's it do?

I agree, I know they're anti-royal and stuff, but it's hardly the greatest evil in the world - an 'overdose' of Kate and Will - they're up against. If you're going to protest do it for a great evil, not an ideological irritation - it will just go down as a damp squib in the press anyway, like the republican street party thing, and it makes them sound like sex pistol wannabees.

Hmm, that was the thought I had!

Still, I reckon they deserve a break of sorts, they have worked bloody hard this last year.
