I saw The Killers at the RAH two nights in a row in 2009 and took loads of pictures (I've just got a standard digital camera, nothing fancy) from the second row, no one batted an eyelid, so I guess it depends.

I was told not to film this time..photos were ok

James sounded magnificent. Very well received. Proud little manics fan was I No sign of any croak. Anyone there that watched Jools and thought he's past it had their minds changed.

Charlatans were great too. Lots of middle aged blokes re-living their yooof in the crowd..even the seats were lively
Liam was better than i thought he would be. Live Forever he sang and can't remember what else. He came on again during the encore to sing My sweet lord dedicated to Jon Brookes wife which was cool.

I spent a tenner on raffle tickets to win a signed drumstick. Didn't win but it was all for the brain tumour charity. More worthy than a t-shirt i might not wear..

It was a really good show. James sang his heart out but looked so tiny on that huge stage alone. The RAH remains one of my favourite venues. Seen Bright Eyes, Suede and Pulp there before and the sound is just amazing.
