Has it ever been documented where he got/who did the Useless Generation tattoo?

I like how he just seemed to pick a clichéd 'mum & dad' rose design, probably just from off the tattooist's wall, and turned it on its head with his slogan.

If it was just one from the tattooist's wall, I'm intrigued by the idea that there's other blokes unwittingly walking around with the exact same rose design but with more traditional wording.
