Morning All!

I work for Bauer Media....sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place but.....
We're putting on a very small, exclusive show with the Manics in Newcastle on Monday 27th September, just before the guys head out on the road....small show (just 350 capacity), band will be doing a c. 75 minute set - mix of the old and the new music-wise...

I remember way back (9/10/02 to be precise) when we did a solo gig with James on the Renfrew Ferry, Glasgow - a squad from the FD site came up to see it....was great to have them there...

So I wanted to offer some tickets for our intimate Newcastle gig to the "Manics Faithful".....I have several pairs to give away so 'first come, first served'.....please just email me on siobhan.crampsey@bauermedia.co.uk giving me your name & address and I'll get them out to you this week. Please only apply if you will definitely make it to Newcastle on 27th as we don't want a single ticket to be unused.

I'll let you know when they're all gone

Thanks in advance Siobhan

Found a flight from Newc to Stanstead + bus to Baker st for combined total of £30, + £3 single Newc metro ticket to the Aiport, much cheaper than taking the train back!

So about £33 to get home, now what mode of transport do i do to get there??

Excerpt from email.

Yes gig is at Academy 2.........small room......chance to catch the band ‘up close’ (I think they’re quite anxious......we did an interview with James and Nicky the other day and they said they always feel a bit exposed in that kind of setting cos they can see exactly how people are reacting to every line of every song....but it will be magic!)

See you on 27th!

Siobhan x

Erm, go to east coast train site...you can get a 19.95 (with yp) single back and around 20-30 single out...think it works out as 45 in total depending on train.
