I made an attempt at a couple more of these tonight.
Lifeblood: 1985 No Jubilees Empty Souls All Alone Here The Soulmates Glasnost I Live to Fall Asleep A Song for Departure Litany To Repel Ghosts Solitute Sometimes Is Everything Will Be Askew Road -49:30 Although I quite like it, I'm not sure if there's anywhere where 'Glasnost' really fits. So I might remove it (the running time would then be 46:16). This is My Truth...: If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next Ready for Drowning Tsunami My Little Empire Black Dog on My Shoulder The Everlasting You Stole the Sun from My Heart Prologue to History Be Natural I'm Not Working Nobody Loved You -53:10 I also had a go at 'Everything Must Go', but by and large it stays the same. The album has three weaker tracks ('Removables', 'Elvis' and 'The Girl Who Wanted...'), but they are stronger than the b-sides except 'Sepia'. I would choose 'Removables' as the one to, er, remove as it would disrupt the flow of the album the least. Running order on this album is fantastic to beign with, but 'Sepia' fits better after 'Small Black Flowers...' than it does in 'Removables'' slot leaving a final tracklisting of: Elvis Impersonator: Blackpool Pier A Design for Life Kevin Carter Enola/Alone Everything Must Go Small Black Flowers That Grow in the Sky Sepia The Girl Who Wanted to Be God Australia Interiors (Song for Willem De Kooning) Further Away No Surface All Feeling -45:51
