I'm no accountant so will happily be shown to be wrong, but my reading of the accounts is that James/Nicky/Sean are the sole owners of the company so they presumably get an equal share of the profits. I'd guess Wayne and any other musicians get paid for the "Musicians fees" section.
There doesn't seem to be any section for venue hire or such like, but my understanding is that the booking company effectively takes all the ticket sales and uses that to pay the band and the venues.
