Manic Steve Preacher - what you say made a lot of sense regarding the crowd. I think its really good for the band to play towns like Lincoln. They shouldn't think of it as a failure just a different audience - which Idon't think they will.

Apparently they were going to stay at the same place we were (Holiday Inn Express) but changed their plans. My guess is that found out about the early curfew and made a dash for Norwich.

I heard they stayed at the Tower in the bail. It's a nice hotel.

I quite agree with you =D

Here's a couple of "official" shots by the Engine Shed's in house photographer Scott Murray (who I had a quick chat with after the show):

This was a great gig, but yeah the crowd was very very sedate.
How other people react to the gig doesn't really affect my enjoyment though.

I was there, i even bounced around a bit to a couple of songs near the end, with about 3other people it seemed - to james' right. I think i was glared at a bit by the Filming The Gig brigade.

Was also at an Editors gig at Lincoln a few months back, which was a little more lively but my mates were a bit surprised at how quiet it was.

Hmmmmmmmmm

That shot of Nicky has made my insides go all warm.

I'm not sure what this means.
