I do seem to recall someone saying the release date was November the 17th?

I hope that is still the case, that would be excellent.

At least there's a date knocking about!

I still don't think I'm that sold on the idea of re-releasing it unless its part of an exercise where everything gets re-released.

But if they are just going to do the three albums I really don't think its anywhere near in the same league as the other two in terms or importance/significance or even quality so a re-release would almost cheapen the exercise.

Sorry Truth fans, its not that I dislike the record per se as its got some good songs on it but the middle section really seems to drag.

Though I love the album it does go a bit 'laid' back in the middle, I can remember it being referred to as a 'dinner party' album, the sort you would put on for the background music at a dinner party.

Is there going to be a KYE re-release in 2011?

I'd buy that, and I'm sure at least 20 other people would too!

Hell yes for this. Official release for the demos would be awesome.

I'd gladly buy the KYE one too.

Truth is one of the most important albums in the Manics history as it was when they hit the peak of their fame and reputation and for that reason alone it deserves re-releasing. The other reason is that it is their joint best album

Agree with this.

Also, isn't it their best selling album, so presumably there would be a commercial incentive for the record company to do it, which maybe there wouldn't be for some of the other albums.

I WANT THAT!

TIMT is my favourite Manics album, I would be so happy to have it as 10th anniversary, I hope they will release it soon!

That's like saying 4st 7ib and This is Yesterday are dinner party songs. It gets slow yes, but its deliciously dark at the same time!
