Someone's on Drivetime on Radio 2 going to see the Manics and they're requesting Motorcycle Emptiness.

It was on BBC1 this evening. James had to play as many Manics songs on his guitar in one minute as he could.

There is a leaderboard. He is 3rd or 4th. 1st is Jessie J, of all people with 15.

I caught the tail end of that and had to rewind to ensure my eyes weren't being deceived: one of the most cringeworthy things i've seen them do, he looked completely uncomfortable.

He really didn't look like he could care less.....after all he had got to sing Libraries gave us power! So all that needed to be said he said. Or sang
He looked like he was out in a barn round the back too....instead of where Kylie was....

This Is Yesterday on Radio 6 (wasn't paying attention, might have been Tom Ravenscroft's show, or the one before that!)
It sounded lovely. |
