It took me like 3 goes to get London ones. It failed the first time and then the second time it was selling me Level 2 seated.

Finally got standing for both Bristol and London though

Guys, if you've not managed to get them then it's just presale so they'll release more on Friday.

Guessing so, although for Manchester it was saying that after about 3 minutes, so there can't have been many released for pre-sale.
