Yeah was pretty dissapointing seeing them for the first time without Richey, but when the band came on that day they played a really aggressive set a packed and sweaty tent and it was an incredible first live experience for me. Got to see Richey (one and only time) a couple of months later and i dont know how much he contributed to the sound that night but he looked like one cool mutha, would loved to have seen him more.

As you can see from my signature, I had a 6 year gap between 1996 & 2002 because I couldn't bear to see them in arenas or stadiums after having the luxury of relatively intimate gigs.
