Tickets secured for Edinburgh. Apparently only holds 8,500 which is just over half of the Hydro (14,300) so I'd expect this to sell out quite quickly.

I completely forgot about the pre sale until now. Thankfully I got my ticket for Manchester. Was going to go to Leeds but the hotels are over twice the price!

Got tickets to Llangollen but had issues with accessibility as gigs and tours didn’t do them, only ticketmaster. I wish it was more standardised as I didn’t know this. Bought 1 ticket and contacted the venue to be told this. I had emailed them days before but got my reply after the purchase. Subsequently all accessible tickets now gone so had to buy another from gigs and tours. Oh well accommodation and tickets sorted. Long weekend for us in Llangollen. :-)

Got tickets for Leeds and Manchester. Don't think I've ever seen the same band on successive nights before.... now I'll be doing it for two of them!

Expensive yes, but I'd argue they are just charging the going rate.

By comparison, I'll be spending ten pounds less seeing Manics/Suede at the Castleford Bowl next summer than I paid to see Pulp there this summer. As much as I love Pulp, I know which of those shows is better value!

Leeds for me. Only going to one, keeping pennies for a full Manics tour later in year (hopefully!!).

I'm not tempted at all, especially outdoors. I bet its a Hits set from both bands, we may get the odd track of something but I can't see it to be special.

I would love to see both bands, but outdoors in summer is something I try to avoid these days, the risk of it being too hot isn't worth taking.

Some indoor venues aren't much better, though. In Vancouver, two people passed out. It was really hot in the Commodore Ballroom.
