Sorry - I must have completely misread your post there.

If you don't mind the fact it takes 6 and half hours, megabus is the cheapest I'd imagine (£12 to get there £8 to get back)

Lol, the train is cheap. How can you be the king of cheap stuff and not have a railcard?

That is why i will probably get one tomorrow, good when i get the train to Southend too, though it will save me £1.00 as return there to West Ham is £10.

Aww man. This would be on the after I move to London...from Newcastle.

For trains, this link, before midnight tomorrow, apparently gives you 33% off http://links.eastcoastemail.co.uk/ct...TMS1&mt=1&rt=0

It doesn't work with railcards I don't think.

Flights from Heathrow to Newcastle and back are currently about £42 each way if that's useful for anyone.

We're putting on a very small, exclusive show with the Manics in Newcastle on Monday 27th September, just before the guys head out on the road....small show (just 350 capacity), band will be doing a c. 75 minute set - mix of the old and the new music-wise...

I remember way back (9/10/02 to be precise) when we did a solo gig with James on the Renfrew Ferry, Glasgow - a squad from the FD site came up to see it....was great to have them there...

So I wanted to offer some tickets for our intimate Newcastle gig to the "Manics Faithful".....I have several pairs to give away so 'first come, first served'.....please just email me on siobhan.crampsey@bauermedia.co.uk giving me your name & address and I'll get them out to you this week. Please only apply if you will definitely make it to Newcastle on 27th as we don't want a single ticket to be unused.

I'll let you know when they're all gone

Thanks in advance Siobhan
Only just saw this - his Siobhan! I remember you well lots of fun on the phone and lovely to meet you on the night. That was my favourite gig - lots of great memories,

Finn xx
