it's around 15km

there's a public transport here which takes you quickly and easily right there. You take bus 119 from airport to the last station (Dejvicka) and then the "A" tube for a few stops. All for approx. 1GBP, takes approx. 31 minutes.

I've no idea about accomodation, although if you find something on the internet I'll look at it if it helps. Anyway the closer to the venue the higher prices you'll find because it's right in the city center...

If you're seeking for a really cheap accomodation this should work:

You're welcome. In case you're coming I'll give you more detailed info for example how to get from airport to accomodation and then to Lucerna etc. and don't want to take a taxi. Prague public transport is really good and cheap but a bit tricky sometimes for foreigners. Just let me know please.

I can't wait to meet you - finally to answer your question I'm not sure the only thing I know is that 10 years ago we came at 5 p.m. and it was enough. But we were young and not experienced so we didn't know why we actually were queuing so when the doors opened we just came in and explored merchandize... then we saw all the people RUNNING to be in the front and it was too late for us I've got my day off for this occasion so I'm planning to be there since 2 p.m. approx.
