I just don't get it, what was the fucking photographer saying!?

"That's great James, that's great, now give me your best someone-just-died face! Come on, I want to see bereavement!!!"

Nah, photographer was asking for 'happy' and James wasn't playing ball!

Yeah, it's a crap ad - awful font and the layout of the text is extremely amature...looks like an in-house team put it together. Still, it's brilliant in it's own way. I don't know if this is one of a series, but using well-known musicians to endorse the product in a really basic and simple fashion, makes it stand out, especially to those the product/ad campaign is aimed at. It's recall they're after which means the image itself is the star, not the text or layout. I like it as a campaign, but it's certainly not great creative. James looks pretty cool though. Probably got a lifetime supply of amps in lieu of a monetary payment for endorsing the product.

We should all grab a copy, rip out this advert, and make sure James signs a load of them, just to see his reaction.

Probably the same reaction as he has in the advert I guess.

professional photographers always take a lot of photos at once I believe and with James's affliction with fidgeting he can't keep his face straight i guess. Either that or there's a conspiracy among photographers to only show photos where he's frowning. I like the *wot u lookin' at?* look

Maybe they've captured the exact moment that he realised that SYMM was a bit shit.

Noooo! Photoshop the photo of Nicky in a skirt doing the splits and showing off a skidmark! It's what James' subconsious made him pull that face for!
