A scrawl down the amazon link shows Nicky Wire as the author. Likely that this will be the book number two with Kevin Cummins

Someone should ask Nicky about this book then, if it's on Amazon and has page numbers, et, then surely it's ready and he knows what the story is. Maybe that IS his 2nd book?

Sounds like lots of pictures with biographical texty bits/snapshots I'd have quite liked something along the lines of what Jarvis Cocker did with his book Mother, Brother, Lover.....a collection of lyrics with commentary, maybe biography of the band built around that. Their lyrics have been so important....something like that Nicky if you're reading?

I've heard him say it at least once but i think it was during an interview on you tube by someone who's name escapes me. He had long hair and a beard and they were sat in front of a fire place in a room above a pub? Nicky signs a record for him at the end. The personal account was what was troubling him i think. Going back to dark places, that he could leave all that out but that's what people would expect him to write. ooh just remembered. There was a radio interview aswell where he said he could write lyrics so easily but writing for anything else took him ages |
