That's the most 90s things I've heard. Were you were a bright green and orange fleece and playing with a yo yo whilst watching TFI Friday?

Shoot me, but I would NOT like GT to be remastered; it's perfect as it is, as punk as it should be. That's why I wasn't too fond of the over-produced GATS, but I can understand why they did that, as they wanted to be massive. GT was a nihilistic, rebellious point in the Manics career, and the sound production matched it.
For a GT special release I'd love the album, the b-sides, 2x180 vinyl, postcards, You Love Us make up compact and stuff like that. I'd love it in a box form, like PFAYM. |

Nothing screams 'nihilism' like programmed tambourine.

Well you could have the US mix if you don't like the programmed drums!

Completely disagree, the sound of the Heavenly era was much more punk. They tried too hard with GT to make it sound like Guns N Roses, which is very un-everything you listed above. Plus a drum machine and horrible 80s US Cock Rock production...you can't any more less punk than that!

The UK mix is completely inferior to the US mix - why they went with it is baffling

100%, shame we only got to hear some of the songs though. I mean, as the rest were left off the album. I love the drums, and the guitar.
