That's just really bizarre!

Whilst it's clearly a very nice house, how much of 1.8 million price tag is due to the fame of the property?

Absolutely none - it's a five bedroom semi-detached gaff with a garden in Wandsworth. That's London prices for ya!

Sadly very much the going rate for such a house even if no famous person had ever stepped foot in it.

There are people living in Wandsworth who've never wanted for a quid

It was (and I think still is) Steve Brown's house. So I'm guessing the Manics would have stayed there around 1991 whilst recording Generation Terrorists.

Been on R2's C List for two weeks. Was hoping it'd go to B List but hey ho. Wrighty said "Does anyone think that sounds a bit like the Manics?". I assumed he was joking.

6Music, however, have given it a resounding 'No'.

Does appear so, sadly. I've not heard it played and it's not listed on their playlist ending august 3rd.

Though i'm assuming it'll be played when he appears on radcliffe and maconie next week to talk about his first, last and everything.

Just started watching this documentary about Rockfield studios on Iplayer, apparently it expires in 1 day so I timed that well! Within seconds Nicky and James are on there and James swears at his guitar haha. Should be a good 90 minute documentary about a famous recording studio with so many bands recording there over the years! Anyone who has nothing better to do in the next day check it out: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episod...io-on-the-farm

I really liked it but there's so many bands that feature they're not on for long

Watching the Shirley bassey documentary on bbc4 - the girl from tiger bay - don't think I've ever seen it. Nicky and James look very handsome
