EDIT: Probably nothing from the sixties as it was five decades so maybe Orwellian played as a treat.

I was watching a program on music photography on PBS last night (a bit like a poorly funded BBC) and it featured Nicky talking about Polaroids and music posters! First and only time I have ever seen the Manics on TV in the US.

That gave me a double take when I heard it, given the song and what nicky’s thoughts are on the champagne socialists that were worming their way into no. 10 at the time. I can well imagine whoever chose it knew exactly what they were doing.
