I've not read much about Wire's solo album, so this may be old news, but he said it just needs mixing, is an improvement on IKTZ, and is Nice Nicky Wire in approach

Great set, hopefully i'll get to see it on a slightly less fascistic-enabling platform soon.

I thought someone was shouting out in pain or something, it didn't sound like singing!

You can always rely on emily hyatt to deliver... https://www.youtube.com/user/nanakey/videos

James is a fan of sepia then? Why didn't he play it?!

So James mentioned Sepia yesterday, along with Buildings For Dead People and Dead Trees… in the RC magazine.

I’m starting to get a little bit ahead of myself here but we can but hope.

If you're talking about the FD video, the first show was filmed from the end of the barrier as we didn't have time to queue early and said cameraman still has a broken arm...it was either that or no video at all

Aw I really enjoyed both sessions and glad we made the effort to venture back to London for the first time since February 2020. Nicky was in good form and James' voice sounded amazing. He always gives me goosebumps when he performs acoustically. Some unexpected song choices as well, particularly given about 10 minutes earlier Nicky talked about how they had put THB songs away after the anniversary tour as they had to be in a certain mindset to play them There was a nice little crowd singalong for ADFL at the end of the second gig too.
