I've not heard I Know The Numbers either. Apart from 30 seconds of it! Did get a link for a download but can't remember where I saved it to. Whoops!

I haven't heard any of the INWJTEOL b-sides (Manics singles not on sale in Sweden),
and I won't be able to buy these live mp3's either.

Great.
Manic Street Preachers' last great shot at mass communication... pfft.

More like "Communication Breakdown".

I'm glad the EP isn't just

Some Kind Of Nothingness (Live)
Some Kind Of Nothingness
Motorcycle Emptiness
You Stole The Sun From My Heart
A Design For Life

nice picks.

I've no idea. I assume they detect region by IP address, although if they determine region by where your card's from, that does raise the interesting matter of pre-paid debit cards, which you can order from the Post Office. Create a second account and register it with a fake UK address, and you could be sorted. It's something maybe worth experimenting with, anyhow. If not, yeah, just give me a shout when the time comes, and I'll do the nerd thing for you.

There's some very incongruent leaning going on in that pic. You can hear a lot of wayne in the mp3...especially the inability to sing forever ever with the right rhythm...

I'm surprised that version of Roses was even remotely considered for official release! It's shockingly bad. Also, for everyone who can't download this release due to location, I would direct you to the Nynex gig which contains the best live versions of a lot of songs including Yes, Stay Beautiful, Motown Junk etc and there are much better live versions of Masses and Sleepflower anyway. In my opinion.

Wow! That was really an unsteady rendition of Roses In The Hospital!
Not too keen on the backing vocals.
I agree with the Nynex 97 versions. Seriously better than a lot since that.
Although for Roses, I prefer the live versions from 93 and 94.
Those are high octane if any are!

It's worth noting that Wayne did get better, they should have taken a take of Roses from the last half of tour. Southampton sounded great,

These recordings sound really limp, I'm in no rush to buy them.

The link "Roses in the hospital, this century achieved so much" sounded like "Roses in the hospital, those tangerines have achieved so much"

In so many ways they have, independence from the 'third-rate orange' category for a start.

Another very raw recording straight from the desk. Nice drop in of the bassline from Always/Never by the Wire in the breakdown!

He did, but he still can't get the rhythm right for a few backing tracks.
