Gutted they didn't play Comfort Comes & Sorrow 16 after Nicky said they would on Twitter.

I'm just glad I went to Edinburgh instead of Cardiff, the crowd looked awful.

Was it a bad gig?

I don't know because I was there and loved it.

Condemned. Omg is all I can say.

Sound wasn't great, crowd was weird, I was quite far back. Someone shouted 'play something we know after YSTS which I thought was weird.

I was close to getting a slap of a fat guy with his mum because I called him a cunt. He was tho.

The best was the guy applauding maggie and saying how great she was during the beginning of ifwhiteamerica. I genuinely think he had somehow got lost on the way to 1D.

Err, if we were there, we wouldn't be complaining - we'd be seeing the songs that Auntie decided to chop out. Apart from that, good point!

I did go to a Holy Bible gig three times. It was an opportunity to capture this period on proshot camera and then they cut it up and gave us the extra hits that there's thousands of videos of already. IT was a wasted opportunity and there's no good reason for it at all. I understand why people are upset at this...

Personally, I find it ever so slightly embarassing that the boys are still acting like they did when they were at their peak. They need to face they don't have a new ADFL or a new Tolerate. The TIMT and EMG days are over and they can't keep wallowing in that success.

Unless there's something new and fresh that's a hit, they're going to keep having to wheel out ADFL on TV. They're not gonna crack the US now. There's hardly any new fans coming in now. I feel like we're a little cult (Not CoR, just in general, Manics-wise).

I do love them, a lot and they're a big part of my life but I feel as if they're going nowhere, and if they keep carrying on how they do, they're not going to go out in a blaze of glory. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Futurology but when they keep going back to playing certain stuff, it's almost like they have no faith in themselves. It would be lovely to have EMG20, but I just don't think it's right like THB20 was.
I don't know how you can say that after seeing them just a couple of times. They don't feel like they are going nowhere to me, the futurology tracks both went down really well tonight. They've always been a band who plays their hits, from the very beginning and they are doing a handful of anniversary shows to mark an album, it's not karaoke.

I also don't think they've ever been much of a tv band, in terms of coverage - all you usually get is things like adfl, and it's not very easy to capture the atmosphere on TV.

I reckon they will have filmed the lot and selected certain ones to skip. There's also evidence they recorded the Roundhouse, so it's out there.

It's a little disappointing we didn't get to see Removables but people calling for them to retire? Overreaction much?

This, pretty much. For all the pre publicity for a LIVE concert playing the whole of the Holy Bible, it was, essentially, a massive let down.

Quite happy with the BBC coverage. Saw more than I expected!

Who'd have thought few months back we'd be watching If White America, Of Walking Abortion, Revol, PCP, Condemned to Rock n Roll on the telly?

Shame the didn't show SPLAM or Removeables as they didn't play them in Edinburgh.

Currently watching it again on the red button

Just the sheer volume of negativity about something that was completely free, and perhaps unexpected in the first place. I understand it's a bit disappointing but it sounds like they showed at least a bit of coverage.

I'm not just calling them to retire because of one let down...it's more me being selfish and worried my favourite band will stop selling, loose fans and fizzle out rather than going out on a high.
