I have not had this email, but I just checked my Ticketmaster account and it now no longer mentions the SSE app but that my tickets will be ready to print at least 3 days before the event. I'm actually glad it's a printable ticket now, even though they look a bit rubbish compared to proper tickets I still like having something to stick in my diary alongside my thoughts after the gig

I'm now just sweating on my NHS covid pass letter to arrive via snailmail, if it don't I only hope my laminated card stating i been double jabbed along with my provisional drivers licence will suffice 🤔
