THAT'S IT! Never Wanted Sunshine. I knew it was like one of his bsides.

Couldn't take that last chorus of Lost Voices anymore so I've cut it out and spliced the end on after the chorus before it. It's now over a minute shorter... perfect!

I Know The Numbers is actually one of Nicky's better lyrics and JDB's more pleasant vocals from this campaign. It's just a pity it took the subject of love to get it out of them. Another crushing blow for 70 Songs of Failure & Hatred.

Imagine that song acoustically at half the speed, that's pretty much what it sounds like. It's a good'un.

In order of how much I like them:

1. I Know The Numbers
Beautiful. My favourite of these tracks.

2. Ostopolitik
Lovely. I really do love the Manics' instrumentals. I'd be quite happy for a whole album of them one day.

3. Distractions
I like this one a lot, but it's definitely a B-side.

=5. Lost Voices
Okish. Don't have much to say about it really (!)

=5. I'm Leaving You For Solitude.
Okish. Nice enough in a Hey Judey way.

I automatically assumed so because James would be kidding himself if he thinks 'she' stands on 'tiptoe' when she's with him...

I like 'Distractions' and 'Ostopolitik', but the former could have been so much better.

Just heard Ostopolitik. Why is it that all their instrumentals have better music than the songs with vocals?!

Becaause they don't have to fit stuff around lyrics and the like, they can do more experimental stuff.
