I like the album preview and medieval Samurai art. It sounds a bit like Futurology. I hope they release some of the songs. I'm looking forward to see them at leeds next year.

I'm in LA (and can easily make it to NY with a place to stay), so I'd be good with that!

Impossible on my phone. Only managed to get Llandudno which was the one I really wanted. Tried again at lunchtime but it kept telling me I'd already used my code.
In future anymore presale code crap I'm just waiting for the main sale. I'm not a fan of Ticketmaster ... I know theyre good at sending tickets out early but there's too many windows to go through. Wastes precious seconds when you're trying to get multiple tickets. Not moaning. Yay for Llandudno Edit... Seems to be my phone's fault ..on my tablet I get a better layout and no " you've already used your code" Still no tickets though !

That is appalling. What was the original price before the extra charges?

Jesus Christ that's shocking at the extra charges they slap on! It really puts me off going to gigs these days unfortunately. I'll try to book a ticket when they go on general sale on Friday depending how much it comes to, money is very tight at the moment.

Yet another reason I opted to wait for the general sale on Friday and get mine elsewhere.
Fuck Ticketmaster.

And what is the purported difference between a 'service' charge and a 'facility' charge, then?

Think I read somewhere the facility charge is something to do with new security measures at the venue.

Facility Charge: “Occasionally, there may also be a facility fee. This is set by the venue's box office, and we send the fee directly to them - we don't keep any of this charge. The reason for the fee varies, but it's usually there to help the venue make improvements.“ Service Charge: “This is the only part of the booking that we keep - the face value goes straight to the event organisers. These charges help us to cover the costs involved in running our website and booking line. There are all kinds of things going on in the background - not to mention paying our hardworking staff who keep the cogs turning! The service charge can vary depending on the event - we agree the amount charged with the venue or promoter, based on the costs involved in them putting the show on and us organising the tickets.” Must cost a fortune to run a website. |

Unless you book direct through a venue box office I can't see the admin fees being much cheaper to be honest.
