Both acts came up with songs called Indian Summer after their previous album bombed but the Stereophonics one manages to come across as more natural and less like career wish fulfilment. This is helped by it sounding nothing like a recycling of their biggest hit.

The Manics one is one of the brighter spots of SATT. The Stereophonics is your usual Stereophonics stuff, ie forgettable.

This.Although SATT is the last Manics album on my list I like it more than any Stereophonics song.
