I wouldn't worry. I thought about that for a minute too. However, they did resign to Sony last year, so that means there has to be a X number of albums contract. PFAYM is the tenth studio album they owe Sony from their original contract. They also bought their own studio last year, sure other people have recorded in it (The Horrors) but I think that kind of investment seems to say, "yeah, we're in this for a bit longer." And, they've been together for so long, pre band even; what would they do without each other

Has anyone got a spare postcard? I know I'm being anal but I sooo want a postcard. I ran downstairs this morning asking my girlfriend if the post has come! I bet one has been sent to her old address.

I got a postcard too - nice to receive communication that way again from a band, if only it had been the first way we'd heard the latest news for the new album, that would've been a great surprise.

Talking

Thrilled with the prospect of new material.

Not thrilled at paying two "admin fees" for my Derby and Birmingham tickets....

I've been signed up to the Manics site since 2003 and have repeatedly re-registered, but I never receive any emails or anything. It's a bag of shite.

Actually, I'm an idiot. If it's come it'll be at home. I'll ring my mother!

I've been signed up to the Manics website for years and I didn't get one. But I didn't get tickets for the JFPL tour so maybe that's it.

I didn't get one either (suppose that makes sense as I'm in the States), nor any emails from the official site lately! I know I'm on the mailing list though - they sent me an email about the North American tour last fall, which completely surprised me as I can't even remember when I signed up. Any other US fans gotten anything?
