eh? SATT was photoshopped? wasnt the cover a pic taken from that Valerie whatserface book? ir was THAT photoshopped?

To be honest, after giving this some thought, all their artwork is shit!

GT - armpit and a nipple
GATS - god knows, murky mess
THB - fat people
EMG - Ikea shelving
TIMT - looks like an american gospel record
KYE - vomit
Lifeblood - blood donation?
SATT - just awful, looks like GCSE art work

I respectfully leave JFPL out of this, as I actually really like that one. But art really isn't what MSP is about

the Manics have always talked about and thought about art, as well as photography and journlaisim and literature, and choosing their artowrk is always something they consider very carefully

"Shit" is a bit harsh, but I agree that none of it is particularly great. THB is probably my favourite (and the polaroids from TIMT, if they count).

I love all Manic Street Preachers artwork, never boring, always different from the last.
Some bands make no effort with artwork, which is a shame I think.

Artwork for the singles was better.

Holy Bible artwork was more than just "fat people". The little pictures inside were good too.
