Did you do queuing for Brixton the next day, now that was truly cold? I think its Nottingham where the 2004 and 2002 where on the same date wasn't it? And where were they this time 7 years ago or had the tour not started yet - I only did Cardiff then at that was 20th-22nd possibly???

This could go on for ages actually as they do lots of christmas tours - in fact thats possibly why it doesn't feel so christmassy this year. Is 97 the first year they didn't do anything at christmas time at all?

We could go sit on a pavement if you think it would help, but I'm not convinced.

We could possibly go sit on the pavement outside Nicky's house (does he have a pavement, surely he must?) and refuse to move until he comes and gives an accoustic rendition of the Ballad of the Bangkok Novotel to put us all in the christmas spirit.

I suspect we may just get given restraining orders and carted away before he agrees though

I wish there was a Manics tour right now. Except Im working now, so it would involve countless hours of working up flexi-time, lying about ficticious second-cousins funerals and trying to organise travel in my lunch hour.

It also means I have time for Christmas shopping this year, although generally I've opted for charity gifts for folk.

But Manics tours are a fantastic way to round off a year, and it feels like theres something missing at the mo

Karen was Wembley before or after Brum? It's all a bit of a blur really, although I know I didn't go to Wembley cos I never ever go to Wembley.

It was 4 days after Brum, so that means we've just passed the 3rd anniversary of the day we met!

Didn't you do Wembley in 98 either? For some reason I thought you did but I may be confused. Wembleys not bad though, I used to avoid it but then I decided to give it a go again in 2002 and I'm okay with it all now the last couple haven't been bad at all.

I did & I'm sure Lindz told me that she went to that gig as well.
